As an accomplished business leader, Burkhard Schramm has more than 15 years’ professional experience in sales, business development, marketing and product management. In his role as Sales Director Germany, Burkhard is responsible for developing the market for Roambee in Germany and other European countries. Additionally, he will focus on growing relationship with Roambee’s strategic partner T-Systems, which is headquartered in Bonn, Germany.
Before joining Roambee, Burkhard was Managing Director of a medium-sized enterprise specializing in event technology. In this capacity, he developed new customers, renewed the brand and grew the business in Germany. Before, he also worked in various roles in the telecoms space for companies like Nokia and LG Electronics.
Burkhard holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with Honors) from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
Senior Sales Manager - Mexico City, Mexico
Ana Hinojosa is a successful and enthusiastic business professional with a vast experience in tech sales, leadership, long-term relationships with clients and marketing. As Sales Manager Mexico at Roambee, she's in charge of developing and growing the Mexican market as well as supporting business efforts of coworkers and partners in the region. Before joining Roambee, Ana was an entrepreneur leading Abaco, a 35-year-old tech company in México. During that time, she effectively developed accounts like Draexlimaier Automotive, Coca-Cola, and Rassini.
Ana holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Toulouse Business School in France and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences by the Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
Country Head, India
Neeraj Dharia is the Roambee Country Head for India. In this role, he is responsible for company growth, profitability, and customer management.
Neeraj has a broad range of sales, marketing, technology, and management skills with over 20 years in professional services, consulting, and leadership roles with global technology companies. Before Roambee, he was the Vice President of Business Development at Caarma Corporation which was then acquired by Santa Clara based Bramasol – a SAP practice company. He served for six years as Director of Strategic Development at a service technology consulting and information technology services company, managing strategic technology partnerships and channel sales relationships with several Fortune 100 partners including Cisco, IBM, eBay, Oracle, SAP, Siebel, and Microsoft.
Neeraj has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Bombay, India and Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University, Sacramento.
Country Head, South Africa
As Country Head for South Africa, LeRoy Ratnayake is responsible for sales and business development, coordinating customer success, and managing operational aspects of the South African geography as well as countries in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Before Roambee, LeRoy was based in the San Francisco, California area where he was responsible for introducing operations maturity, excellence, and scalability within large enterprises such as Genentech and Visa. He has worked in a similar capacity with Fortune 500 clients of esteemed consulting firms such as Ernst & Young and Deloitte, as well as several Silicon Valley technology startups in content management, omni-channel commerce and electronic discovery that brought disruptive innovation to business challenges.
LeRoy has a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on supply chains and the technologies that help bring process innovation to them and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, both from the Wichita State University, Kansas.
