Before joining Qualcomm Ventures, Deepak was part of the founding team at the GPO Fund, NY based tech-focused investment firm, where he led several enterprise tech investments such as MapAnything (acquired by Salesforce). Prior to this role, he worked at Unilazer Ventures, investing in several successful consumer tech companies such as Lenskart. Before Roambee, Vidya was Co-Founder and VP Professional Services at KeyTone Technologies Inc., a RFID technology company focused on providing a technology-enabled service for real-time asset monitoring through an enterprise scale sensor-based platform. Global Asset Tracking UK Ltd successfully acquired KeyTone. He has also held influential and leadership roles at Plexus Technologies Inc., KPMG Consulting, Unisys, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
Vidya holds a Masters in Computer Science from Temple University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Calvin College, Michigan.
Rainer Kuehling is a highly accomplished professional with expertise in international business development, SaaS and hardware solutions delivery, marketing, product management, and software engineering.

Before Roambee, Rainer led sales and international expansion for SCI, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based medical device company. Before that, he spent ten years at Microsoft including as a founding member of Microsoft's venture group, in Microsoft Research, and as a software engineer in the Windows division.

Simon Dössegger is a strategic product leader. With an engineering background and more than 10 years of entrepreneurial experience, Simon has successfully built organizations and commercialized innovative technology solutions based on IoT sensing and Robotic Process Automation.
As Vice President of Product Management at Roambee, he is responsible for leading the company’s product portfolio and performance, ensuring that customers sustainably receive market-leading value. In his role as Managing Director for Roambee Switzerland, Simon is also responsible for Roambee’s growth in the country.
Simon is passionate about commercializing new products by designing market-fitting value propositions and innovative customer interaction models. He’s led cross-functional teams to sustainably deliver profitable solutions. Simon successfully led two companies from early-stage to exit: Skybotix, a provider of visual navigation systems for drones, enabling the digitalization of infrastructure inspections and Modum, a solution provider for IoT-based monitoring and quality assurance services in pharmaceutical supply chains, as its CEO. He gained tremendous product management experience at GoPro.

Cindy Spodek Dickey is a seasoned marketing executive with a proven track record of success in global marketing, communications, and strategic partnerships. As VP of Marketing at Roambee, she is responsible for developing and delivering the company’s brand and business to customers, enterprise partners, and media around the world.
Cindy has more than 20 years in global marketing, providing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. She has been in marketing leadership roles at Microsoft and The Walt Disney Company as well as successful start-ups and consultancies. As President of a Seattle advertising agency, she led a business of more than 50 employees and $20+ million in annual revenues with a portfolio of clients that included Microsoft, Acer Computers, Intel, Amazon, and T-Mobile.

Ed Winder is a seasoned technology executive with a proven track record of success in sales and business development with early stage, growth, and mature companies.
As Vice President of Sales for the Americas, Ed is responsible for the growth and expansion of Roambee’s business in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
Ed has more than 40 years’ experience building and managing highly effective North American and global teams with leading technology companies including IBM, Cullinet, Informix, Active Software, and KeyTone Technologies. Before Roambee, Ed founded and led FlexPoint Global LLC in providing advisory services for early stage and growth companies seeking expansion in the US and Indian markets.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern University and completed the Stanford Executive Program.
With extensive experience providing legal and business guidance to technology, cloud, software and service companies in outside and in-house positions, Frank I. Hoppe serves as Roambee’s General Counsel. He is responsible for all aspects of Roambee’s expanding global legal endeavors. Before Roambee, Frank served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Kaseya; President and founding member of Hoppe General Counsel Services; Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at West Corporation, and Vice President of Corporate Development at uRoam, Inc. which was acquired by F5 Networks, Inc. He also previously worked as associate counsel at the law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, and the law firm Krieg, Keller, Sloan, Reilley & Roman.
In addition to his J.D. from UC Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law, he received his B.A., with distinction, as an Echols Scholar from the University of Virginia where he served as Chairman of the University's student-run Judiciary Committee.
Ivan Diaz is Roambee's Vice President of Service Delivery. In this role, Ivan is responsible for managing the delivery of all services that improve customers’ value and ROI derived from visibility.
Ivan has a broad range of technology and management skills with more than 12 years of professional consulting services with global companies. Before joining Roambee, Ivan was at T-Systems as Director of Pre-Sales & Solution Design. In this role, he was responsible for on-going and comprehensive SAP consulting expertise, including several full cycle system implementations across multiple industries and countries including South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Germany.
Ivan as has also served as a Director of Delivery, Solution Architect, and Enhancements/Production Support team leader providing services including systems integration, application management services, and solution design for Fortune 500 companies in the automotive, healthcare, manufacturing industries.
Ivan holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Alicante, Spain and a Bachelor of Engineering from University Iberoamericana, Mexico.
Pankaj Patel is the Chief Scientist and Vice President of IoT Research and Development for Roambee. In this role, he is responsible for leading new product innovations, solutions, and IP for a broad range of IoT applications.
Before Roambee, Pankaj was Founder, Lead Researcher and Chief Technologist at IntelliSys. For more than thirty years, he has focused on developing key technology and IP, then taking it into the market as successful external ventures and partnerships. These included three security products companies sold to Ademco (a division of Honeywell). In addition to Ademco, other key technologies were developed/licensed to Fortune 500 companies like Panametrics (GE & Olympus), Emerging Market Communications (Global Eagle Entertainment) and Aware Inc. Pankaj worked at Panametrics in a variety of leadership and scientific capacities and was critical in making Panametrics #2 in the world. He was the Founder and CTO of Biometrics fingerprint security company that had an IPO. Recently, he was instrumental to two Silicon Valley start-ups, RiskVision and Aceurity, in developing their key technology, solutions, and teams.

Shailesh Mangal is Roambee’s Vice President of Engineering. He is responsible for the ensuring excellence in the development, performance, and quality all Roambee platforms and applications.
Shailesh has been developing enterprise and web applications for more than 20 years. His passion spans from nurturing highly productive and agile development teams to steering through fast-paced ever-changing development landscapes and maintaining code quality & performance. His main areas of interest include object-oriented design, system and cloud architectures, big data, real-time search, and analytics.
Shailesh holds a Masters in IT from The University of Texas and a Bachelors in Engineering from MNIT, Jaipur, India.
As a Vice President of Finance at Roambee, Jigna Yagnik is responsible for creating a financial platform for systematic growth, driving corporate finance, fiscal analysis, and governance. Jigna also oversees the recruitment, training, and development of Roambee’s human resource talent.
Jigna is a finance professional with over 15 years of varied experience in corporate finance, strategy, planning, budgeting, financial modelling, and compliance.
Prior to Roambee, Jigna led teams in finance and operations at PwC Strategy (Booz & Co) and Novasys. She led mergers & acquisitions (M&As), optimized working capital, brought in structure, and developed operating models. She played a key role in formulating and driving strategy by leading various business discussions that impacted P&L.
Jigna is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Finance Analyst (USA), and holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian School of Business at Hyderabad, India.
As Vice President of Platform Experience, Vinay Mishra is responsible for a unifying and complete product experience globally across all our applications, platform, and devices. In this role, he also manages the product roadmap and its alignment with customer needs and product vision.
Before Roambee, Vinay has worked at various large enterprises such as Yahoo, eBay, and IBM. He has built and led the engineering teams on business-critical big data products such as signals driven behavioral targeting, user analytics/predictive platforms, and close engagement with large-scale computing architectures. Before that, he cofounded CuriousPencil, a SaaS start-up, and has contributed to the product success at eBay and IBM.
Vinay has earned an MS in Computer Science from California State University, Chico and a Bachelors in Engineering from MNIT, Jaipur, India, with additional education from the University of California, Riverside and the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
As Roambee’s VP of Product Marketing, it’s Scott Hurley’s responsibility to understand our customers’ problems and translate that into effective value propositions, positioning, and messaging for the solutions and markets where Roambee is carving a niche for itself. Scott also leads product launch and go-to-market activities, competitive and market alternative analysis, and sales enablement content development.
Scott has been appointed as a representative on the Transportation Advisory Board of the City of Naperville, Illinois, USA.
Scott has over 10 years of experience in product marketing, product management, sales, and business development in SaaS for transportation and logistics markets. Before Roambee, Scott led product marketing for fleet and rail industries for Uptake, a Chicago-based startup that uses AI for predictive maintenance analytics. Prior to Uptake, Scott held a variety of roles in product leadership, sales, and strategic licensing at HERE Technologies. He has also led Geographic Information System (GIS) consulting activities for GISinc, Wade Trim, and Geographic Technologies Group, Inc. Scott started his professional career performing international oil exploration activities as a geologist for Hunt Oil Company, where he was introduced to mapping and location intelligence technologies that have since guided his professional passion and career path.

As Vice Present for Sales, Customer Experience, and Service Delivery globally, Santosh is building a world class function that brings the full potential of Roambee’s solutions to customers. In his role as Managing Director for Europe, Santosh is also responsible for managing Operations, Sales, and Business Development to ensure customer success for the European Union and UK region.
Santosh brings over 25 years of experience built through regional and global sales leadership roles at KPMG, UBS Warburg, SAP, T-Systems and most recently at Salesforce. He has a successful track record of building and scaling enterprise businesses globally. Santosh champions innovation and transformative solutions, helping organizations grow their existing business and accelerate new business models.
Santosh holds a B.Eng from Kings College London where he is also an associate. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, and also holds an MBA from the University of Warwick in the UK.
Rick Dhiman is an accomplished business operations leader with a strong background that spans across program management, strategic planning, and customer delivery. As the Vice President of Operations at Roambee, Rick is responsible for leading, implementing, and scaling Roambee's global operations practice.
Prior to Roambee, Rick worked at large enterprises such as Juniper Networks, Alcatel, and AT&T where he’s run global technology operations and managed project portfolios upwards of $4 Billion. He is astute at optimizing complex processes at scale, while focusing on data-driven techniques to solve problems and deliver high-performance solutions with customer satisfaction at the core.
Rick attended Northeastern University and further holds an Executive Leadership certificate from Cornell University. He is also a coach for the Special Olympics.
Ana Hinojosa is a successful and enthusiastic business professional with vast experience in tech sales, leadership, long-term relationships with clients and marketing.
As Director of Global Customer Experience, Ana is responsible for ensuring the flawless adoption and use of Roambee’s monitoring services throughout the customer journey.
As Director of Roambee Mexico, she's in charge of developing and growing the Mexican market as well as supporting business efforts of co-workers and partners in the region.
Before joining Roambee, Ana was an entrepreneur leading Abaco, a 35-year-old tech company in México. During that time, she effectively developed accounts like Draexlimaier Automotive, Coca-Cola, and Rassini.

As Country Head, Rajeev is responsible for Roambee’s India business. Rajeev is an experienced leader with a skill for developing and executing forward-looking approaches to scale beyond fixing. He brings an unwavering passion for transforming tech-starved industries like manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain.
Prior to Roambee, Rajeev spent over 25 years in the Information Technology space where he worked with large Indian and Middle Eastern system integrators, handling end-to-end P&L and operations.
Rajeev demonstrated entrepreneurial, team, and business building acumen as the Founder and CEO of Spantec Solutions. His steadfast effort, agility, and speed in growing Spantec Solutions won Rajeev the prestigious CISCO ME Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2012, and Spantec featured in the list of top 100 SMEs in Dubai that offered managed cloud solutions for the Middle East and Africa market.

During his career, Adli has been responsible for successfully growing business in the MEA region delivering innovative solution and automation to Telco Operators and Enterprises.

As Vice President of Sales & Managing Director of APAC, Michael Culme-Seymore is responsible for driving Roambee’s growth in Asia and increasing its global life sciences footprint.
Michael is a supply chain expert bringing in more than 35 years of experience in the airline, freight, and life science logistics industries.
Apart from his independent advisory roles to the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Economic Forum, he held leadership roles during the expansion stage of well-known companies, namely as CEO of DHL Global Mail APAC, Vice President for Special Cargo with Swissair, and Vice President APAC for Marken (a UPS company). Michael began his career with the UK’s Royal Navy.
Michael holds an IDP Certificate from INSEAD and sits on boards of various charitable organizations and NGOs, following his passion for philanthropic duty.
Sacha Uhlmann is driven by simplifying complexity. In his role at Roambee, he ensures the smooth and effective functioning of the Engineering team with a focus on offering the best products and solutions for its customers.
Sacha has been responsible for developing and deploying scalable IT solutions for more than 10 years. In his previous role at Modum, he was responsible for building and leading the engineering team. Sacha developed the product strategy and ensured the realization and functioning of complex enterprise solutions combining IoT, Blockchain, and AI in a highly regulated environment. Sacha brings a mix of startup and enterprise experience. He‘s led fast-paced, high-quality development projects, deployed reliable and competitive solutions, and built highly connected and integrated platforms to bring value at an ecosystem level.
Sacha holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Zurich in Switzerland and has further trained at the IMD Business School and INSEAD.
Andreas Gawlowski is a seasoned quality control executive, and for the last 12 years, he has been helping brands achieve industry-grade quality standards and compliance around the world.

He is responsible for boosting Roambee's internal quality management system and plays a pivotal role in all quality-related topics. Andreas also empowers customers with Roambee's products and services, addressing specific concerns relating to quality, international compliance, and certifications.
Andreas has diverse experience in global supply chain quality control — especially in the mechanical engineering and pharmaceutical industry. Before joining Roambee, he headed the quality department of Linde Kryotechnik AG and Modum. Andreas worked with MAN Energy Solution for more than nine years as Project Quality Manager and Coating Inspector.
Andreas has a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the University of Applied Science (HTW), Dresden in Germany.
